Refund policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, here's how we can help:

Returns We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with tags attached. For hygiene reasons, skincare and beauty products cannot be returned once opened.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you by email. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
