Shipping policy

1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details once your order has shipped.

2. UK Shipping We offer the following shipping options within the UK:

• Standard Shipping (3–5 business days) — £3.99
• Express Shipping (1–2 business days) — £7.99
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over £50

3. International Shipping Dealflick Good ships to selected international destinations. Delivery times and costs vary by location and will be calculated at checkout. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to monitor your delivery in real time.

5. Delays Dealflick Good is not responsible for delays caused by courier services, customs processing, or circumstances beyond our control. During peak periods (e.g. holidays, sales events), processing times may be slightly longer.

6. Lost or Damaged Orders If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at akhunzada@dealflick.uk and we'll make it right.

7. Incorrect Address Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. Dealflick Good cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
